Shaq and Z have very different skills and abilities. Shaq accelerates early foul trouble for teams with pretty fair bigs like D-How? and Z especially with good rest helps end games with blocked and altered shots, great foul shooting, and dagger shooting.
Mike Brown is probably Cleveland’s weak link as he will play out his religion of trying to play only 7 or 8 players as playoffs begin. He will exhaust those 8, and defeat the very concept and rationale of having a deep, deep team. Do you notice with the Cavs going like 13 in a row with D Gibson starting – because they passed and passed and passed, Brown is back to rotting Gibson on the bench, we are watching Williams and West dribble the shot clock away, and there are many times we have to struggle for lack of a deadeye 3 shooter on the floor?
Did you see Hickson and Moon open the big can of whoopazz after Brown had them benched. Hopefully LBJ and Shaq will be heard and we will go into playoff battle with every player being used and respected.
