This is hilarious! These are the first people who lambaste anyone else for saying the officials didnt make the calls against them.
Laker fan would just like it how it was in the past, always one team against the Lakers and the refs. Sorry guys, they might actually be calling you fair now.

I get the “humor” in the article, but it wasn’t really that funny. It does bring up a somewhat serious point however. It seems to me that the officials have identified Bynum as “fouler”, and they call a lot of ticky-tack fouls on him. Fouls that other players get away with, especially other big men. Maybe I’m wrong and Bynum just has bad habits but it seems, at least to me, that they call an awful lot of garbage fouls on the kid.

Apparently, you totally lose perspective and become unable to write intelligently when it involves your favorite team, even indirectly. Mindless emotional outburst. Not even amusing as satire. Face it, Rob, you lost it, went bonkers. Hissy fit time.
Hey, we’re all passionate about our favorite teams, but when you put on the hat of a journalist or sports writer or reporter or blogger or whatever you consider yourself, at least try to remain objective, dispassionate and loyal to the ideal of discovering some truth in your writing. Take my advice. If it has anything to do with your beloved Mavs, run it past a (non-Mavs-fan) friend who can act as your editor. Yikes!

Like having all the good bloggers on this site, but so far it’s been like watching Charlie’s Angels in nun’s habits. Everyone seems to save the good stuff for their own sites. Moore does sarcasm and Laker fan-baiting more creatively than this, but instead, he’s doing weak pimping of college coaches (Calipari), while Kurt’s stuff has been snooze central compared to FB&G. Only Krolik seems to be on the ball so far. Pick it up, guys.
