Eddie was perfect for Boston. Gave them that needed Spark off the bench! He did not have a big ego and blended well with the team! If they trade anyone, it should be an older player to get someone with real value. Sheed needs to go anyway. Talk about an over rated player! Post player that wants to shoot 3′s…Doc would have made a better trade!

Bad trade period if your a Knick fan!!! N Robinson is a better guard than House, Duhon or Douglas. If your using the excuse of clearing up some money to go after a premier player like L.J. or D Wade after the seasons over , do you think they’re more likely to come here with a N Robinson at guard or House,Duhon or Douglas? Nate was traded for one reason and one reason only; D ant’ hated him! Simply put he’s a better guard than Duhon and Douglas put together.
I’ve seen Gallo make some serious errors of his own on the court and not have nearly as much grief thrown his way. Oh and by the way he isn’t the Knicks savior as many claim him to be. He’s waaaaay too inconsistent as a shooter..D Lee is one of the very few bright spots on the team and he’d be even better at his natural position (forward). Everyones also forgetting that the Knicks might not even have him next year. You take that add an aging, injury prone McGrady and lack of a true center along with no point guards what so ever to the mix and why would any true NBA superstar want to come play here!!!
Just like Ariza, Crawford, Z Thomas, Frye, McDeyess and others N Robinson will be added to the long list of players that the Knicks have traded away that will flourish with another team!!
Hey how about this for an idea trade our wacky coach D Ant’, fire our GM Wally Walsh and confiscate the Knicks from the Dolans!!! Maybe then we will be able to turn our team around.

Pros:
1. Nate can help with second chance points
2. A little bit better handles and speed
Cons:
1. Didnt increase bench defensive skill or height
2. Three points is more than two, and House is 1 of thebetter catch and shooters of the league
Middle Weight:
1. An Eddie House 3 can electrify the team and fans, just as much as a Nate Robinson dunk
Personal Opinion:
1. Its EDDIE MUTHA F’IN HOUSE Every C’s Fan loves him
2. Its Nate Slam Dunk Robinson, honestly think we were thinking of the name rather than player skill

wow buddy you seem like someone who likes the smell of their own farts,yeah forget shaq and tmac theyre terrible.just because a player isnt in the superstar form they were in in years past doesnt mean they serve no purpose.teams need good roleplayers off the bench.Dont you think every team would love to have a roster full of all-stars but theres not enough talent or money.next youll be saying tim duncans washed up,screw kevin garnett-he lost it.bet you wouldnt say that to rasheeds face.Im happy bout nate comin to town,we need some youth and energy(off the bench and in general)and he can provide that.I like eddie but he is a one trick pony,granted its a good trick but he has trouble handling the ball and he isnt very good at creating his own shot.

most people who don’t like this trade knows nothing about basketball. the celtics have gotten better from an athletic perspective that forces any defense to fear the offense from a transition point. quite simply, ray allen and paul pierce will perform better with legitamite rest because the celtics have a legitamite off the bench point guard with scoring ability. this also benifits daniels, moving him to his more natural position, small forward or off guard. a win win situation! now we are a tarnsition team again with a little bit more speed. on a good team he is a matchup nightmare because he just knows how to score. that is why the lakers wanted him as well.

The trade is all about money and perhaps next year depending on the state of the NBA. Frankly, at the beginning of the year, it seemed clear to me that Cleveland would win it all–Not based solely on talent, but on the need for the NBA to push its top money-makers. LeBron is money. Watching the Celtics this year has only convinced me of this. Like last year, they ran off to a great record and then, all of a sudden, forgot how to play even .500 ball. You can look at injuries, but I don’t buy it. Whether they can play Cleveland or Atlanta even up is not the question. They have trouble finishing off ANYBODY. I don’t care how old the Big Three are, there is enough talent on this team to run away from most teams. Yet, the way they have played in 2nd halfs [heck--fourth quarters] reminds me more of teams playing for position in the Draft Lottery. I call it tanking. So, for me, this deal has nothing to do with winning this year.
