After THIS year’s debate about who is better Kobe or Lebron, it is VERY clear how FAR beyond Jordan is/was compared to the rest of the league! King this…; Black Mamba that…; Who is the real Superman (Shaq or Howard) of the NBA…; and let’s not forget “Bring a Gun to Work Day”!
The NBA used to MAINLY consist of GROWN and MATURE MEN who had a PASSION to be the best in the world at basketball(not acting, singing/rapping, ect.). It is turning into a league FULL of sissies and punks! I wish something or someone would seriously change this!

nivlem – while I do agree that D-Wade does not get enough credit, there are multiple errors in your post. D-Wade did not lead all players in assists (Nash had 13). Also, Lebron had more than 4 dunks. The article states he had 4 “reverse” dunks.

Shaq got his ring immediately when he left LA with DWade.. How long did it take for Kobe to get his?… hmm a few years to rebuild his team. I cannot understand why all writers seem to stay in denial about the NBAs’, D-Wade. He performs at a level second to none and just as the article reveals writers talk about LaBron or Carmello. D-Wade had 7 dunks not 4 like LaBron plus he out scored everyone, out assisted everyone and more. Yet the article compares him to Dirk, and continues as other do to not expand on D-Wades talant and contibution to Olympics where he shined, MVP in the championship, leading NBA scorer etc.. I see him as the person that the rest have to match up to and that includes Labron whom I truly think is awsome, and Carmello. This article gives the impression that Labron was in Carmellos’ face when he missed the final shot but it was D-Wade. Quit being in denial and recognize this true super-super star.

Despite the fact that there are still Kobe haters like the “Queen” person who posted here, and despite that fact that Lebron is a great player, Kobe is the best player in the world. If you don’t want to believe this just take the fan’s word for it. Last night Kobe got the loudest cheers of all the players, including Lebron. By far. It was obvious and almost awkward. The world knows the truth. Maybe, if Lebron wins some rings, in a few years he’ll be the best player in world. Espcially after Kobe retires. He is a phenom and just needs to get over himself and play.

I was also about to say the same thing: Kobe prolly would have made that three. Indeed, it was a great game. Of course, I was rooting for the West. But man, that was ONE GREAT GAME! Props to both teams for giving the fans a real competitive game.
@LeQueen: I remember people say Kobe has yet to prove himself by getting a ring WITHOUT Shaq. Mission accomplished. Guess what? LeBron doesn’t have a ring yet, and IF and when he does this year… he’s getting a ring WITH Shaq. LOL!!!
