Anyway why does it matter. Magic is a human who is great basketball player. Only because of his basketball skills is he different from any one else. Give him and especially his wife and children some privacy.

First off, there is a lot of racial stuff that gets overlooked in sports and elsewhere. However, your example of Tom Brady is not an apt comparison. I HATE Tom Brady and the Patriots, but he did nothing wrong in relation to the two women he has children with. You can find this with a minimal amount of effort. Here is the sequence of events, briefly.

Brady dated Bridget Moynahan from 2002 until late 2006. They broke up.
Brady started dating Gisele a few weeks later. Maybe not the classiest of moves to move on so quickly and, regardless, he was single. There is not a straight guy in America who, if single, would not leap at the chance to date a supermodel. No crime committed here.
In early 2007, Moynahan found out she was pregnant. Brady was under no obligation to dump Gisele and go back to Moynahan. What he WAS obligated to do was what he did. He was and is involved with the life of his son with her. He was there at his birth. He is presumed to be paying child support under a voluntary support agreement. This is a common way of keeping oyu finances from becoming a matter of public record. If he were not paying support, one would presume Moynahan would have sued him for child support. Here is what Moynahan said last year and it reflects well on both Brady and Gisele, “‘I never made a comment about Gisele or Tom publicly. I have a relationship with these people on a daily basis. I’m raising a child, and it’s public.
‘My son has two loving parents and an extended family, whether it’s cousins or stepmothers or boyfriends. My son is surrounded by love.’”

By contrast, Tiki Barber ditched his WIFE to be with the intern. Nothing further needs to be said as the difference speaks for itself.

If any of the aforementioned celebrities had the balls (and skill) to get in front of the mass public and man up, then they might be held in a better light.

I don’t think it’s news that most powerful men cheat on their wives< Tiger for some reason seemed to have horrible taste, but aside from that, don't most of them do this?

I just don't understand why you stop at Magic and Tiger though. Name me 3 revered athletes from the past whose reputation would stand up in today's media…? I honestly don't think many would & I wouldn't even mention politicians. The only 2 athletes I can think of off the top of my head who have been universally lauded by media (im talking rock star) and still managed to maintain some semblance of an unbesmirched name in this 24 hour newscycle is Derek Jeter and Tom Brady…and a big part of that is, IMO, they never got married in the height of their fame.
