Lebron is a coward. He didn’t want to risk losing. Jordan, Kobe -> they won. It would be a permanent dent on his storybook career to lose.

Of course he doesn’t want Lebron on the contest. If disaster strikes (a major leg injury), Stern’s meal ticket is finished (and so are the Knicks and Cavs)
